We are writing to inform you of an important update to our Shipping Terms and Conditions.
Mainland Deliveries:
All deliveries to the mainland are classified as local market sales. Therefore, these deliveries will be subject to VAT and Import duty charges in accordance with the law.
Free Zone Shipments:
If you are a free zone company, please provide your trade license and customs code to Cargo@emexdwc.ae so we can prepare the transfer of ownership documentation. Note that for transfers within DWC free zone, you must prepare and submit Transfer Within DWC FreeZone Declaration yourself.
Export Shipments:
If you are purchasing products for export, you can utilize our Self-Service shipping method (EXW) directly from our sorting facility in DWC Free Zone. To schedule a shipment, you or your cargo agent will need to provide an Air Waybill (AWB) and a dock appointment time to submit cargo to the port. Once we have Air Waybill (AWB) we will take care of all customs documentation and deliver cargo to the port or prepare it for a pick-up. Note that declaration and delivery costs will be charged to your account.
Selected Logistic Providers:
Shipments through our Selected Logistic Providers will continue as usual without any changes.
