Changes in Payment Methods - Automated Balance Top-Up through ADCB Instead of NBD Starting Today

At EMEX DWC LLC, we are committed to enhancing your user experience. To this end, we’re excited to share that we are working on improving the speed and quality of how funds are credited to your balances. In the coming months, you can expect to see more automation in this process.


We are building partnerships with banks and payment systems that meet our high standards for automation. Unfortunately, this also means discontinuing relationships with those that do not meet these standards.


As part of this improvement, we will now process all balance top-ups through our bank, ADCB, and will no longer use NBD. Starting today, please use the ADCB bank transfer details available in your account for all balance top-ups.


Please note that after July 31st, any transfers sent to NBD account details will not be credited to your balances.


Other payment methods remain available and can be found in your account as well. Please remember to include your ID (Logo) in the payment reference to ensure your balance is credited quickly and automatically.
