We are writing to inform you of a temporary update to our Shipping Terms and Conditions for Mainland Deliveries. For deliveries to the UAE Local Market (subject to VAT and import duties) EMEX is extending the expected delivery period to the mainland to up to 14 days due to import clearance procedures.
This is a temporary measure that will remain in place until EMEX optimizes the import clearance process. You will be notified when the delivery timeline reverts to its original schedule.
Please note that this change does NOT affect other shipment destinations, such as Free Zone Shipments, Export Shipments, and shipments handled by Selected Logistic Providers.
