With that in mind, we want to announce an important update that will be launched on October 3, 2024 — a change in the offer rating calculation.
How will the new rating work?
It is crucial for us that the rating reflects and helps manage the quality of seller's performance. The higher the offer rating, the more buyers will see your products on
emexdwc.ae and place orders.
After the update, rating will mainly depend on order rejections and meeting shipment deadlines. The offer rating will be updated on the daily basis and it will account all orders completed over the past 90 days.
How can a seller improve their rating?
You do not have to wait for the system update to improve your rating. All you have to do to make the rating higher is:

Update your price lists: provide accurate shipment times and stock availability. A high number of order rejections will negatively affect the rating.

Strive to meet the promised shipment time to the sorting center. Delays in shipment will also lower the offer rating.

The more frequently and promptly you respond to buyer orders, the higher your rating and earnings on the platform will be.
