Article 7 (Storage Terms) of the
emexdwc.ae Buyer User Agreement, effective
30 March 2026.
What will change:
Goods are expected to be fully paid once they reach the sorting center. We provide a
7-day grace period for you to arrange delivery or shipment. After that, storage charges apply.
User Agreement Terms Before vs After
Before (current terms):

Free storage: 28 calendar days

From day 29: 0.1% per day of unpaid goods value
After (effective 30.03.2026):

Free storage: 7 calendar days

From day 8: 0.1% per day of unpaid goods value
No change: Storage fees are automatically debited monthly from the Buyer’s Account

This update prevents congestion at the sorting center and keeps shipments moving. As a result, you get faster release of goods, fewer delays, and better delivery predictability.
