We would like to inform you about several updates to the Buyer User Agreement, effective from 16 May 2026.

Key updates include:
• Free Storage Terms: We now provide free storage for up to 28 calendar days!
• Payment Terms & Invoicing Clarification: We have clarified wording related to payment timelines, overdraft and invoicing.
• Order Placement Deposit
The balance reservation required at the time of order placement will be updated from 10% to 20% of the order value.

The updated Buyer User Agreement will take effect on 16 May 2026 and is already available in the User Agreement section, accessible from the footer of any page.
