Please be informed that on the occasion of the Hijri New Year, the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced a private sector holiday on Monday, June 15, 2026.
There will be no shipments from the warehouse during this period. Orders will be accepted as usual.
During this period, banking operations within the UAE may experience delays, which could impact payment processing times, balance top-ups, settlements, and the allocation of incoming funds — particularly for AED transfers and payments processed through UAE banking channels.
Customers making payments in USD, EUR, or other currencies may also experience slight processing delays depending on intermediary banking networks and banking partner operating schedules during the holiday period.
We kindly encourage customers to plan payments and account funding in advance where possible to avoid operational delays.
