How do I place a Local Market Delivery order?

• Delivery Point: Select UAE Local Market as your delivery point.
• Address and Contact: Make sure to specify a complete delivery address and provide a UAE phone number for contact purposes.
• Terms Acceptance: By choosing this delivery option, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms outlined in our Notice to UAE Local Market Customers, which explains how EMEX facilitates sales through EMEXAUTO LLC.

What are the delivery charges?

• Delivery charges apply to Local Market Deliveries. You can view the detailed pricing on our Delivery & Collection Service Charges.

2. FreeZone Deliveries

How do I place a FreeZone Delivery order?

• Delivery Point: Select Dubai FZ as the delivery point.
• Shipper: Choose FreeZone Delivery as the shipping method.
• Address and Contact: Specify a FreeZone delivery address and provide a UAE phone number for contact.
• Customs Declaration:
  • JAFZA FreeZone: EMEX can assist with customs declaration (charges apply).
  • DWC FreeZone: The customer is responsible for timely customs declaration to ensure smooth processing.

Are FreeZone Deliveries subject to any charges?
