Q & A Section

This section is being used for the purpose of communication with the customers. It mutually benefits  both sides by making the communication process more organized and therefore more efficient. You shall use this section to send us your suggestions, complaints, shipping requests and other enquiries. When sent, your question will appear on the left in the «My questions» section.
Questions regarding a particular order should better be asked from the “Orders” section by selecting the required order and part number, simply click the «Question mark» button and ask us your question. The "Q & A" system allows our customers to attach files of various formats like jpeg, xls, doc and others.
