Regulations for claim submission.
1. If a part/packaging is damaged, a complaint is submitted on the website from the order history (Orders section - select the desired order, then the question mark icon (to the left of the order)) within 2 days from the date of delivery of the goods by the carrier.
2. Along with the claim it is required to attach to a photo of the part, its' packaging, photos of the original and EMEX barcode stickers. The claim will not be reviewed without complete submission of requested photos.
- If a factory defect has been identified, the claim has to be submitted through the website along with the same attachments.
- In case the part has been installed on the vehicle, the claim will only be considered with the availability of inspection report from the official dealer and with availability of parts' original packaging.
The claim shall be submitted within 30 days from shipment date for air orders and 60 days from shipment date for sea orders.
The claim’s review period is 7 to 10 days.
